Here is some splendid packaging from SOHUM, an Australian cosmetic line. So lovely that I can almost smell the products by scratching the pictures!

Some Kind of Gorgeous - M.A.C x Wonder Woman Collection -

Am I in heaven? Cosmetics with Wonder Woman packaging!!! My heroine of all time! Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of wearing gold bracelets to protect me and help me go trough the trials of life… Now at least, I will be able to wear a lipstick with her emblem on it. That might not protect me really well, but at least I will look sexy trying to do it! The launch of the collection is due for Feb 10 th 2011. So, my dear friends, Sawyer and Golt, I think you will see me at The Bay M.A.C store on this day!!!

Suis-je au paradis? Des cosmétiques à l’effigi de Wonder Woman! Mon héroïne de tous les temps! Depuis que je suis toute petite, je rêve de porter des bracelets or pour me protéger et m’aider à traverser les épreuves de la vie… À présent, je pourrai au moins porter un rouge à lèvre avec l’emblème de mon héroïne.Ça ne protège pas vraiment bien mais au moins j’aurais l’air sexy en essayant de le faire! Le lancement de la collection est dû pour le !0 Février 2011. Alors, mes chères amies Sawyer et Golt, soyez prêtes à me recevoir au magasin M.A.C du La Baie à cette date!!!

Curioser and Curioser – Armand de Brignac Champagne –

It’s Friday and it’s party time with the girls tonight! So why not talk about champagne! Even better, talk about champagne that comes in metallic bottles ornate with hand applied spades shaped labels! For those who know me well, you will immediately understand that it is not the alcohol that caught my attention (cough) but the spades! I’m so addicted to this card game figure! The precious bottle is also wrapped in an embroidered velvet bag. Oh la la! That’s what we called celebrating in style and here it is totally the case. André Courrèges, a Parisian fashion house, designed the bottle.

C’est vendredi et on fait la fête entre les filles ce soir! Alors, parler de champagne est tout à fait de mise! Encore mieux, parler de champagne dans une bouteille métallique ornée d’une étiquette appliquée à la main en forme de pique! Ceux et celles qui me connaissent bien comprendront tout de suite que ce n’est pas du tout (tousse) l’alcool qui a attiré mon attention, mais bien le pique! Je suis complètement addict à cette figure de jeux de carte! De plus, le liquide précieux est emballé dans un sac de velours brodé. Oh la la! C’est ce qu’on appelle célébrer avec style! Et c’est tout à fait le cas ici. André Courrèges, maison de mode parisienne, a créé la bouteille.

Thanks to my mom and the little Italian grocery store where she goes quite often. The perfect little gift for the pin up and Arranciata lover. With one of my Gil Elvgren paintings in bonus!!! All bottles from the vintage edition of Abbondio are awesome! I think I will have to start to collect all of them.
